The staff were fine, but the food was either cold or undercooked, and there wasn’t much variety over the two days. I’d never seen kitchen staff eating during service before. The balcony door came off, and I had to fix it myself. There were no appliances in the room or sockets beside the bed, and getting only a trickle from the shower was frustrating. There’s no lift, just stairs, and the WiFi went down for several hours and was still out as I wrote this. If you only need a room, it may be okay. Otherwise, pay more and stay elsewhere. Good luck if you do stay.
