I was disappointed with how I was treated from the moment I arrived. The staff member came across as cold and indifferent, which made me uncomfortable, and the behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I was also caught off guard by the rule against paying in euros. It wasn’t mentioned in the hotel description or on the booking site, so I had to find another way to pay. That wasted time and caused a lot of frustration. Free cancellation was the only positive part of the experience, and the reason I’m giving one star. The stay fell well short of what I expected, and I won’t return. Staff training and the policies around payment need attention so guests are treated with courtesy and respect.

The staff were OK, the place was clean, and the location near the beach was good. But everything felt old, like it was from the communist period. You couldn’t even get coffee at the hotel, you had to go to the one nearby.

There was no WiFi in the room, and some electrical problems too. They need to make improvements.

The beds were broken, there were bugs in the room, and taking the elevator felt like a suicide mission.

It was cheap, but nothing seems to have been upgraded in 15-20 years. Wouldn’t recommend it.
