The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I also loved the plentiful breakfast, with a wide range of tasty options for different tastes. The hotel is close to the sea and has lovely lake views, and it felt very welcoming for children. Its modern decor and carefully chosen details created a luxurious feel. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it.

We stayed as a family with our six-month-old, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms felt nearly new and were quiet, with lovely sunsets from the lake-facing ones. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, varied, and plentiful. The à la carte food was quite good too. Great value overall.

We’ve just arrived, and the welcome has already been better than at any hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s a stylish, beautiful place and sparkling clean, with the beach just across the street. The food is great, and the staff have made us feel so good here. We’re excited for the few days we’ll spend here.

It’s a nice hotel in general, but the rating feels too high for the value. The restaurant was the biggest letdown: the same dishes tasted different from day to day, sometimes bad, and the lemonade and coffee weren’t consistent either. Some menu items were missing. At breakfast, the coffee machine wasn’t translated into English, the hot water poured out more than the cup could hold, and the RCP kept cutting the power. Also, the lift doesn’t work from the level -1 parking, so you have to use the stairs with your bags. When you leave the room, staff ask you to take the card out of the wall, which turns off the air conditioning. In over 35-degree heat, the room is very hot when you return.
