The hotel and rooms have a comfortable design, and it seems like a nice place for the price. A few corners had spider webs, though, and some wall fittings were coming loose. Breakfast didn't really fit the hotel's style, and the complimentary coffee tasted like colored water with no flavor.

The owner was really nice and, after hearing what had happened, did a lot to help and make our stay as good as possible. The hotel itself is lovely and looks much like the pictures. Breakfast was simple but good, and the coffee was amazing. The front desk left a bad first impression. Laura hung up when I called to ask about parking, then seemed annoyed by every question when we arrived and even rolled her eyes. The employees need customer service training and a change in attitude.

It's right in the center of Mamaia and offers great value for the price. I was really happy with the location, design, and breakfast. There's no pool.

The hotel is nice and breakfast is good, but the service needs work, especially valet parking. When we arrived and asked where to park, the attendant left us to help an SUV with foreign plates that had pulled up behind us. His move backfired: he got no tip from them or from us. A four-star hotel should have free parking, but they charge 20 lei per night. We've stayed here for a few years, and I think this was our last visit.
