ZIP Apartments

Zip Apartments is in a great spot, and the building is new. Our sea-view apartment was spotless, with nice colors, a modern kitchenette, soundproofing, and air conditioning. The studios and apartments are spacious and modern, and there's a minimarket on the ground floor. Parking felt secure, with surveillance around the clock. Booking communication was prompt and excellent, and check-in was quick. We were given vouchers for sun loungers at a nearby beach. We highly recommend Zip Apartments.

We were there for three days in August with our one-year-old, and the elevator was useful. Our studio had no balcony, so drying towels was a bit of a problem. The free parking area is very small and was full of cars. There is paid parking right in front, where we paid 2 EUR for 3 hours. We weren't given vouchers for the sun loungers at the nearby beach, so we paid 14 EUR a day for two sunbeds and one umbrella.

Zip Apartments made my first visit to this beautiful city even better. The location is easily its biggest plus. I loved the simple, modern interior, especially paired with a balcony overlooking the sea. I loved everything and would definitely stay at these lovely apartments again. Highly recommended!

For a short city visit, say 2-4 days, this is a good place to stay. The kitchen setup is pretty basic if you want to cook, so bring your own supplies: there are three cups, a pan, a pot, enough plates, three spoons, and no bowls, though there are deep plates. There is a table with long chairs, cabinets, and no microwave. The living room, which is also the first bedroom, has a couch, TV, and plant. The couch opens into a bed that fits only two people. The flooring is nice. The actual bedroom is really nice, with lots of closets, a good bed, and good sheets. The bathroom is okay, but the shower has no door, so you have to be careful about water going everywhere. It's a good place, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than five nights.
