The hosts were very welcoming and did their best to help. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, and there's a roomy gazebo plus an equipped kitchen and barbecue area for guests. It's a nice, quiet place.

The host is extremely nice and helpful, and the place is very clean and works for children too. The room has what you need, including AC, a hairdryer, and a fridge. In the shared kitchen and terrace, there's silverware, a washing machine, a grill, and a microwave.

Mr. Marian cooks wonderfully, especially seafood, and he has access to the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. What he does for guests feels like passion, not business. The generous terrace beside the full kitchen has a children's play area, which our kids turned into chaos 😅. The guesthouse is clean, well-kept, and welcoming to both children and adults. The rooms are spacious and have what you need for a good vacation: AC, LED TV, a large refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower and dryer. At first, the reviews seemed exaggerated to me, but I was wrong. The service and atmosphere Mr. Marian creates make Ingrid Guesthouse well worth a stay. We'll definitely come back, and we wish you all the best!

Mr. Marian drove us to the train station when we left, and he had offered to pick us up there when we arrived too, so we didn't have to wait an hour for the bus. At the guesthouse he put us on the ground floor. The room smelled inviting and was clean from the moment we walked in. After we got ready for the beach, he showed us around. It's about 5-10 minutes to the beach, either through the center or along Portului Street. We passed Mangalia's port on the way, which is splendid. Penny's is right beside the guesthouse, and Mr. Marian helped us prepare the food we bought there, just as he did on the other days. We also rested and took evening walks along the seafront. One night we went on a boat trip with a guide speaking over a microphone. You can find him each evening at the port of Mangalia. He took us past the tourist sights out at sea and told us about them, including the Genoese Tower, Ceaușescu's ships, and Limanu. We saw dolphins too. The price is 30 for adults and 20 for children. On our last day we visited the Mangalia Stud Farm to see horses of all breeds and ponies. Horse riding is available with an authorized guide. It was an excellent stay. Mr. Marian was attentive from the time we reached Mangalia. The guesthouse was very beautiful, and we'll come again next year if we're well! :)
