We felt welcome right away, thanks to the kind, attentive staff, and the whole place has a warm atmosphere. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, whether we chose a traditional dish or a house special. You can tell care goes into it. Then there’s the setting: peaceful, with a breathtaking view and fresh air that make it easy to unwind away from everyday noise. Hanul Dorului really won us over, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The terrace restaurant serves delicious food, and the mountain view from there is just as lovely as the one from the room's big balcony. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely arranged. The staff were friendly and ready to welcome us. Can't wait to return.

We spent one night in a room with a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. The food was poorly prepared and served, and didn't match the menu description. The view was great, but there wasn't much else to like. We were also confused by the reviews, which ranged from 1 to 5 stars for similar periods.

Updated review, and it's worse. The mountain view is one of the best around, and there are plenty of parking spaces right in front. Inside, the rooms are large, warm, and clean, though they could use more attention. There was a closed-up smell in both the room and bathroom, the pillow was too soft, and the towels had yellowish spots. I wouldn't use them. The staff weren't nice, and the food sucks. The walls could do with repainting and a few small changes to the rooms.
