The rooms were clean, and the recovery procedures were very good, with professional, impeccable staff and very good equipment. The food, though, wasn’t varied, more like canteen food. My mother stayed here for treatment from 06.05.2024 to 17.05.2024. She was alone and assigned to share a room with another woman. We understood that was the arrangement, but since this place offers medical recovery, we expected some screening of people sharing rooms. Her roommate had general health problems that disturbed my mother’s sleep. I want to be clear that the woman had impeccable character and behavior, but she did have real health issues. My mother told staff she couldn’t sleep and asked to move to a room with someone without general medical problems. She ended up having to sleep on the reception sofa. After I insisted and followed up many times, we finally reached the Director, and only then was the issue resolved. Of the 12 days, 4 were difficult and 8 were restful. The Director’s intervention solved the problem, but the representatives had not been capable of handling it, to put it more politely. My five stars are for the recovery procedures, but my overall rating is three. Please be more careful with the people who come through your doors.

The staff deserve 10 plus, and the equipment is modern. The procedure prices are quite high, and they don’t work with the health center. The food is acceptable, but it could be better for the same cost. The rooms leave something to be desired. This isn’t three-star accommodation, two stars with some generosity.

The location is excellent, with quality medical services and qualified medical staff. Everything is top notch!
