2D Resort & Spa

Our whole group had stomach issues, and the food was such poor quality that it was inedible. I wouldn’t tell anyone to eat it. We came for an all-inclusive vacation to relax, but it turned into a nightmare. We were promised the hotel’s beach, but it doesn’t actually belong to the hotel. There’s no bar there for the all-inclusive service, and you have to pay for the sunbeds too. Those issues are minor next to the food. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK.

The room was ok, and they tidied it and changed the towels every day, which we liked. The bathroom, though, was quite small. The shower was dirty, there was mold on the tiles, and showering flooded the bathroom floor.

The food was good, and the room attendants did their job every day. We had a wonderful stay and will return and recommend it. The sea was a 10-15 min walk away, by a lake full of water lilies and swans. The bathroom was the one drawback. The bath drainage sat above floor level, so water took a long time to clear, though the shower drained well. WiFi didn’t work in our room either.

Room 1102 is barely big enough for one person, let alone two. The bath is tiny, and I hurt my toes closing the bathroom door. I don’t think it qualifies for 2 star, let alone 3 star. The restaurant bar only takes cash. There are terraces downstairs and upstairs, but the upstairs umbrellas were closed. Since the downstairs terrace was full, I had to look around for staff to open them. The restaurant is only open during breakfast, lunch and dinner, and closed in between.
