Hostel Septimia

We’re having a great time here. The people are kind and helpful, the food is really tasty, and both the rooms and the spa are great. The room was clean and welcoming, with a coffee machine and tea bags. It’s also near ski resorts, big lakes, and forests. Such a good place to slow down and relax. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful time swimming and enjoying the salty thermal baths.

I’m shocked and so disappointed by the children’s wellness area. The kids’ pool was moldy, the slide looked broken and wobbly, and the chlorine was so strong it felt like there was more chemical than water. How can anyone offer children a place that feels this dirty and unsafe? Basic hygiene and safety should be a given at a public pool, especially one for young kids. This is alarming and unacceptable. It needs immediate attention.

The staff were kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The spa has everything we needed to relax, including indoor and salt-water pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, showers, changing rooms, and a bar. The hotel is nicely situated with lots around it, and the swimming pool is large, though I wish the water were warmer. Our room was clean and roomy enough for an economy stay, but there was no fridge and the lamps didn't work. Breakfast was very good, with fresh food, though more vegan choices like fresh fruit, biscuits, and dairy alternatives would have been welcome. The hotel restaurant's menu wasn't very appealing to us, but we found places to eat nearby in town.
