We were pleasantly surprised by how fancy the hotel felt for the price, and thought it was great value. The staff were friendly and very helpful, even finding a safe place for our bikes while we were doing the EV6. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and town isn't far away. It looked like the swimming pool and wellness area were nearly finished, so it should be even better once they're done. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel is in a quiet spot, with the city center an easy walk away. Our room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I hope to stay here again. I'm grateful to the hotel management for supporting the Ukrainian people during the Russian aggression.

The hotel and food are very good, but management seems not to care about guests' well-being. At midnight, employees were cleaning and even turned the music up. The music and parties were incredibly loud at 1.00am on a regular night, making it impossible to sleep. When I complained, I was told they couldn't do anything about the music. Completely disappointing. I'll ask my customer not to pay the hotel bill and to cancel any future reservations.

The staff are welcoming, polite and helpful, and the place is clean, tidy and comfortable. It's better than most 4 star hotels in Europe. We've had our best holiday in a long time, and you guys are all amazing. Thanks, Vila Europa. I'll be back soon, and recommend it to everyone.
