Wonderful.

For 700 lei/night, the suite had dust on the furniture and dusty curtains, spiders in the corners, and linen that hadn’t been ironed. The doors between the rooms barely closed, while the sliding bathroom door left gaps where you could see through and hear everything. The beds creaked all over at the slightest movement. The apartment’s second room was really a small dressing room turned into a bedroom. The host/lady was okay, and the area around the unit was quiet.

The rooms at Carla Residence are nicely furnished, with a color scheme I really liked. It’s in a very quiet area, and the host is welcoming and gets back to you if something goes wrong. There’s a terrace, jacuzzi, and a large courtyard, so it works well for a trip with children. It’s outside the city, but I thought it was a great place to stay. I highly recommend it! ❤️

What bothered us most was how much noise came through the walls. I think they were paper-thin: we could hear the neighbors talking, coughing, laughing, basically everything from one room to the next. The room we rented had no proper bathroom door, just a sliding glass one with no insulation, and its hallway light wasn’t even installed. The whole place felt unfinished, and the price at the property was higher than on some booking sites. If the rooms weren’t so crowded, maybe things would be better. It feels like they tried to squeeze in more rooms. If you want to run a tourism business with minimal investment, it will seriously damage your pride!
