It's in a quiet neighborhood rather than the city center, with local buses and the tram easy to reach. Big trees outside give the flat privacy, and the windows are soundproofed. The apartment is modern and well equipped, with a comfortable double bed and sofa bed. Everything was straightforward to use and available when needed. The air conditioning worked well and was very quiet. The host communicated well and kindly offered an early check-in, although we ended up arriving at the usual time.

The apartment itself was a full 5/5 for me: clean, with everything needed, and no real complaints there. Parking was the issue. The spaces in front of the building are all rented from city hall, so people end up parking on the curb. An edit after the stay: parking on the curb brings a 100 lei fine if paid within 15 days. I'd suggest using a marked space that isn't assigned.
