I wouldn’t recommend it. When I stayed recently, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and its door was noisy and impractical. The place is attached to the owner’s house, so we could hear everything inside. They seem to like parties, so it’s not somewhere to go if you need quiet. Watch out for the awkward stairs inside too, I hurt my toes on them several times. There isn’t a store nearby, so if you run out of water or anything else, you have to drive a long way.

I come here for 4-5 days several times a month, and I always find clean sheets and towels. It’s a clean, well-kept home, and the photos match what’s there. There’s a separate gate and yard, so it feels private. The host is discreet, and we rarely bump into each other on the street. I pay online and we communicate really well on Whatsapp. The keys are in a combination box at the gate, and I can park safely in front of the house. The road is clean and maintained, even though gas was recently fired. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood that’s still being built up, and there’s no construction site by the studio. Drinking water and hot water are available, and the heating works flawlessly.

The blocked street and nearby construction made getting around really difficult, and they added to an already awful stay. We had no water for drinking or bathing, which was completely unacceptable. Those problems ruined our vacation, and I won’t choose this place again.
