The location itself is nice, but dealing with the people managing it was a very bad experience. On our first stay a week earlier, we were given the accommodation details by phone only after we reached the property. The gentleman seemed strange to us, but we did get a room. When we returned to the country yesterday, we thought we'd book the same place and that it would go more smoothly. We arranged the booking at 7, then at 9 I confirmed it and messaged the gentleman on WhatsApp asking him to send the check-in details, since we were still travelling through Hungary. The reservation was made through booking. He read the messages and didn't reply. Later he marked the property as occupied on booking, cancelled our reservation and didn't answer the phone. He said he couldn't stay awake until 12 to let us in. A really bad experience. If you're looking for a place with self check-in, we'd recommend HighSky Apartment Oradea, where we ended up staying at 1:30 am.
