The bedrooms were clean and nice, but the pool water is really cold all the time and there isn’t much you’re allowed to do there. The staff shout at clients really loudly.

We'd just gotten into the room, set our luggage down, and started taking out our passport and euros when, about 10 minutes later, a staff member shouted at us to leave immediately. We were shocked. He wouldn't even tell us what was wrong. It was ridiculous.

The cleaning lady was nice, but the manager came to our room and started yelling. I told him to stop raising his voice, and he said he could do whatever he wanted in his own home. He said he’d give my money back so I could go to a 4 star hotel. He’d been rude from the beginning. The room was in poor condition, and we asked the manager at least to change the dirty sheets. I have some pictures. Please note, Eclipse Pension is not a 3 star pension.

Not the best hotel, but okay for the price. The staff were kind and nice, and there’s a pool.
