Wow.

The park between the buildings feels like something out of a story, with its unusual benches and colorful trees. The whole place has a five-star, hotel-like feel, from the marble-tiled entrance and modern elevators to the generous green areas and parking for every tenant. It’s peaceful, with considerate neighbors. I’ve rented here for a long time and am very happy. Costs are low, especially for heating in winter because the insulation works so well. In summer it stays cool too, and I don’t need the air conditioning. Everything feels like a dream. I recommend it!
