We stayed for three nights, and the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Ours was on the third floor with no balcony. The bathroom light worked by sensor, which was convenient, and there was hot water and A/C. Outside noise was well blocked, though we could hear people in the hall and neighboring rooms through the thin interior walls. Fortunately, it stayed quiet from 10 PM until morning. We didn't eat at the restaurant because it was too expensive for us; the prices are online. Parking was fine. If the spaces in front were taken, there was another lot by the event center, and roadside parking was an option if needed.

We've booked rooms here three times this year, and the spacious, clean rooms, comfortable large beds, and nice bathrooms made it a good choice for a short stay in Piatra Neamț. The personnel were good too. We didn't enjoy the food, though, so my rating is for the stay and the staff. The food would get just one star from me.

The bed was comfortable, the place was in good condition, and there was plenty of parking. The balcony was nice, though there isn't much of a view. The fridge in the room didn't work. The worst part was getting an upset stomach from the breakfast eggs. If you're having breakfast late, I'd ask them to make fresh eggs.

The breakfast was decent, but there wasn't much variety. My room was cozy and very nice for a one-night stay. If you're on level 1, be aware that weddings sometimes take place on the floor above, and the noise may carry to those rooms.
