The room was okay and clean when we arrived, but after we went out and came back, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. It looked like someone had used our bathroom. It was already late, and there was nobody at the front desk. The same thing happened the next day when we left. The front desk person seemed to be there just because they had to be, with no skills or willingness to help.

Free parking and an easy check-in early on made things smooth. The location is superb, with plenty of places to eat nearby and the town's main attraction, the chairlift, just minutes away. Our room was warm and pleasant, and the shower worked well. Booked through booking.com.

Handy place to stay. It would have been five stars if there were air conditioning. With the window open, it can get pretty noisy.

We left without staying after arriving to find there was no internet in our room. The receptionist seemed indifferent when we raised it and was no help, and her rudeness made things even worse. We asked for the manager, but he spoke little English and didn’t seem concerned either. We were extremely disappointed. It was a deeply frustrating visit, unlike anything we’ve experienced before.

Central spot, great place, and friendly staff. But the baby cot had no mattress, just a blanket and pillow. Come on, that’s absurd. A big slip-up.
