Cornul Vanatorului Bungalows

The view is gorgeous and the place is well organized, but this is about the restaurant. The food was fine, yet we waited nearly two hours, and they started clearing the table before some of us had even begun eating. I wouldn't recommend it if you have less than three hours.

We only stayed one night, and it was a very poor experience. The hallway had a strong rotten smell, like an animal that had died by the roadside and been there for weeks. I skipped the restaurant because the rooms had already put me off; taxi drivers later confirmed that eating there had been a good choice to avoid. I can't imagine staying longer. We'd booked two rooms, 103 and 104. Mine was 103, with furniture that looked like it belonged in 1990. The AC didn't work, even though it was 34 degrees Celsius outside, and I waited more than 20 minutes for warm water in the shower. My colleague's room, 104, had somewhat more up-to-date furniture. The whole place felt stuck in 1990, and the booking photos didn't match what we found at the hotel. The receptionist wasn't especially kind or polite when we arrived, though that alone wouldn't have bothered me.

I recently held a private event there and want to thank Cristi for setting up the Business Class Saloon so well. He really got it right. The location itself is peaceful and green, with lots of parking spaces. I absolutely love it.

The location is unbelievable, and both the food and service were awesome. There was a diverse menu with plenty of drinks and desserts to choose from. It would've felt pleasant too if Adriana N. hadn't yelled at the other waiters in front of customers.
