Elena looked after our table with warmth and professionalism. She was attentive without hovering, made good recommendations, and kept everything on track throughout the meal. Her friendly smile and care added a lot to our evening. At Casa Seciu, we also loved the welcoming, cozy atmosphere and the beautiful views. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and nicely presented, with local cuisine on show. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service.

Adrian knew the menu well and was friendly and attentive as our server. The setting around Casa Seciu is beautiful, and the food was plentiful, delicious, and authentically Romanian. There was a great range of game dishes, prepared better than you often find them, and each bite tasted homemade and full of flavor. I’d recommend it for a welcoming meal in scenic surroundings and a real taste of Romania. We’ll be back!

There were lots of choices, including some dishes I hadn’t come across before, and the food was great. It was noisy during our visit because a party was going on, but otherwise everything was good.

From the room, we could see Ploiesti, and inside it was spacious with a bed that suited me perfectly. We loved having the coffee machine in the room, and breakfast was 5*, especially the traditional Romanian food platter. The downside was all the flies on the balcony at night. An insect lamp to draw them away would have been nice.

Alex really made the meal for us. He was friendly and attentive without hovering, answered our questions with a smile, and offered thoughtful recommendations. He made sure we were looked after the whole time, and that mix of professionalism and warmth lifted the evening. The restaurant itself felt cozy and welcoming, suitable for a relaxed meal or a special night out. Every dish was fresh, tasty, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I’d recommend the place, and hope you get Alex as your waiter!
