The room was quiet and clean, with slippers, tea, and a complimentary bottle of water. I liked those little details. It's centrally located, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was varied and high quality. The standard room was fine, though the bed area wasn't very spacious; the bathroom was roomy. I came for a short getaway and needed a place to stay overnight after going to the opera. It worked well for that. There's not much room for clothes, just 2-3 shelves and a rail with 5-6 hangers. For two people staying more than two days, that could get inconvenient. My ratings: room 4*, services 5*, breakfast 5*, staff 5*. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

It's a small room, with the door opening straight onto the bed and not much space to move around. Still, it's modern, clean, and has good amenities. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. They'd make different omelettes and egg salads to order, included in the price, almost like having your own cook at 7AM. I stayed two weeks on a business trip in October 2015 and was very happy with the place. The interiors are gorgeous and classic, the room was quiet, the wifi and bathroom were good, and the mini-bar and cleaning were good too. The workers spoke fluent English and looked very professional. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Think twice before booking. There’s no elevator, and we were put on the top floor, where the sloping roof meant we couldn't stand straight in part of the room. The walls and roof are very thin, so the rain was loud enough to make it impossible to sleep. They also misled us about breakfast, which cost double what we were told.
