Everything was amazing and right on point. Good job!

The rooms are big, which was the only good thing for us. This is far from a 4 stars hotel. There was no air conditioner and no WiFi in the room. The pool was too small, the jacuzzi was very dirty and nobody wanted to clean it, and the fitness area was anything but a fitness area. The restaurant closed before its scheduled time when the staff decided to go home, and breakfast was poor. Definitely not a good choice!

The staff were pretty supportive when we asked for something specific. Our room only had glasses, so they brought us two tea or coffee mugs on request. Aside from that, there was a lot of chaos. Snow wasn’t cleared from the access paths or parking in time, there weren’t enough staff, and just one person was serving in the breakfast restaurant. That person spoke English, not Romanian. Room service never came to our room, and the small TV worked badly. Check-in ends at 23:30 and checkout is by 11:00. Those times weren’t stated on booking.com, and we only found out after paying.

The quiet neighborhood was the one thing I liked. We stayed over the valentine's weekend, when a group of 50 persons from Chisinau was there too. They were very loud, and because of them the restaurant selection was very poor. The hotel itself had dust everywhere, spider webs from the ceiling, hand's oil on the doors and windows, and stains on the walls. The elevators smelled disgusting. The wanna be pool had linoleum isolation, and the jacuzzi wouldn’t start properly from the button. The enterprise room smelled horrible and had a ruined floor. Showershow was very tall. There was only one robe. The beds had each other mattresses united with another mattresses for a large bed, so it was tall and squeaky. The staff were disgusting, and the pillows had holes.
