The rooms were clean and had balconies. The location is easy to reach, with the train station and national road nearby. In the rooms, I missed disposable slippers, and the cooler wasn’t very useful if you wanted to keep something cold. We also had a nice meal at the restaurant. Marian, I think he was the supervisor, was really friendly and attentive. He’s a great asset to the company, and I appreciated his service. The food was good, and the prices were very low compared with other Predeal restaurants. A good experience overall.

Our room was cozy and clean, with newer-looking furniture, a balcony and a clean bathroom. We had a nice forest and/or mountain view. The food was fine, the wellness center was okay, and the male massage technician was good. Hotel staff were friendly. The one downside was a corporate group staying at the same time. They shouted and drank for hours in the middle of the night and kept other guests awake. Hotel staff didn’t do anything to stop them.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was a good buffet. Restaurant service felt a bit chaotic.

Our 30-person group had ordered and prepaid for a three-course meal, starter, main and dessert. We’d been served all three courses on the previous days, but on the final evening we got only one course plus dessert. Two pairs of cutlery had been laid out, but that second set went unused. Nobody apologized, and we were simply told nothing else was coming. After that, I strongly can’t recommend this hotel.
