Vila Zenobia

We had a pleasant company teambuilding here. The place is beautifully located right by the forest, near the road to Paraul Rece and away from any crowds. They had about 12 double rooms, as well as extendable beds.

The place has everything you need, and the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. It was warm inside, and the barbecue was excellent. The host was cheerful, very kind, and always smiling when we spoke to him, and he was happy to help. Being tucked away at the forest's edge makes it work well for groups, since the neighbors won't complain if there's some noise, but it's also a nice spot for peace and a break from the city. Thanks for your hospitality and understanding if we disturbed you.

The house and amenities are a 10. My only issue was that the owner lives upstairs and kept coming down to check on things while we were partying. That doesn't feel right. Once you've handed the house over, let guests enjoy themselves and come back after they've left. That's how you give people a good experience.

It's a great spot for either a party or some relaxation, tucked away at the edge of the forest. The rooms were clean and fairly large, and the kitchen was equipped, but it wasn't clean. The bathrooms also weren't very hygienic and had a bad smell.
