The bathroom water kept leaking, and they didn’t use a broom or mop during my four-night stay. All they did was take out the trash. The rooms are decent, but cleanliness is a problem. I had to use the same towel for all four days.

My co-workers and I felt like we were staying somewhere rated one star, not three. The housekeepers need better training in keeping the rooms clean.

The staff were really kind and open, and tried to make our stay comfortable in other ways, just not by cleaning :P. Cleanliness isn’t their strong point, even though the place has been newly renovated, which does help. The prices are very high, though.

They don’t seem to know how to change the towels during the week. There’s a lot left to be desired.
