Everything was fine during my stay here a couple of years back. The checkout was the one awkward part. We left very early, and the receptionist was stern and never smiled. It also took a long time to hear back from the cleaning lady who had checked our room.

We picked Radauti as a place to stay after visiting Putna monastery, and my husband found this hotel. Our room was very clean and had a lovely view, and the staff were professional. Illy cafe was a nice touch. A great option if you're travelling around Bucovina or doing Via Transilvanica. Thank you, we had a perfect stay!

The year-end event had a great atmosphere, was very well organized, and included a quality buffet. The employees were extremely competent, friendly, and polite. Reception was excellent too, with a manager who was attentive, capable, and focused on customer service. All good, congratulations! 👏

Our flight was delayed, so we ended up staying here. The restaurant served a very nice open breakfast, and even the inexpensive dinner for flight passengers was good. Rooms were clean and spacious, with a very nice bathroom and a fridge. There's ample parking and a pleasant bar for drinks. Really good value for a stay in Rădăuți.
