Hotel Noblesse Boutique & Spa

The location, right at the entrance to town, worked well for us since everything was under a 10-minute drive. I felt lucky to have picked this place for our three-week stay with our one-and-a-half-year-old. The staff made things as easy as possible, and the hospitality was flawless. Everything was great and impeccably clean. Our accommodation included SPA access. It looked just like the pictures, clean, beautiful, and cosy, with saunas, a pool, and a jacuzzi with a gorgeous view. The manager there was always kind and helpful. Because our baby is a picky eater, I often asked for different food from the menu for her. Nobody refused or acted bored or unpleasant, from the reception ladies to the waiters and cleaning ladies. Thank you for making our stay with our baby so comfortable and cosy!

I booked a room for my honeymoon, then realized I’d got the location wrong and asked to cancel for a nominal fee so I could return a few days later. The hotel replied with disdain, accused me of lying, and made more disdainful comments that I’d rather not repeat. That attitude is unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this place and staying as far away as possible. Do yourself a favor.

Breakfast had everything anyone might need, and the room was well prepared with all the essentials, including excellent coffee and tea and all toiletries. I was really impressed by the hospitality and how the staff went above and beyond for guests. I recommend the spa access, which costs 60RON. I’ll gladly come back. Thank you.

The restaurant food is very good, and the staff were very hospitable. The hotel is clean and welcoming, with well-equipped rooms. Pool access costs extra and includes the sauna.
