Edel House

There weren't toothbrushes, and only one pair of slippers was provided. More frustratingly, before I booked, I was told they accepted Edenred holiday cards, but when I tried to pay, the POS declined mine. Edenred told me several days later that the contract had expired. Someone must have known, but nobody told us. Definitely not a four-star hotel. One star for lying, and I do not recommend it.

The rooms were clean, which was about the best thing I can say. Nothing special otherwise. The biggest drawback for me was the weak Wi-Fi on the first floor. Actually, there was no reception unless you were near the exit doors.

Even though the rooms were cleaned daily, they were dusty, and the stairwell had a strange sewage smell. We had an apartment and asked for an extra bed, but they offered the couch. A small person, about 1.5 m, had their feet hanging off it. What would happen if the extra guest were 1.8 m? I wouldn't call this a four-star hotel.

The location was good, but the price felt too high. There was one employee each day and the service was the worst I've had. The breakfast was below average, and our dirty room wasn't cleaned once in four days. Customer service was horrible. Not recommended!
