Avoid this place. They cancel reservations made months in advance when concerts or festivals are coming up, then can charge more to people trying to find an available place during those dates.

We were in the upstairs family room, and the mattress was so old and full of holes that we couldn’t sleep. The pillows were awful too, and we just wanted to get out of there. The place looks nice, but it’s very basic. Terrible!!! Sorry, I can’t give it compliments.

The room looked decent, and the heating worked really well. There’s also a little outdoor area for kids to play, and the price is good.

There’s a modest playground in the small courtyard, and the hosts are pleasant. They’ll give you a rundown of places to see and eat. The clean rooms have a kitchen with what you need to store, prepare and eat food. The bathroom and shower stall were very small, though, and street traffic was sometimes noisy. It’s a good choice if you need to stay in town or don’t have a car. Otherwise, I’d look a few kilometers outside Rasnov, where you may find more comfort for similar or better prices.
