I found the kitchen short on cooking gear. It needs at least one more pot and some utensils. Apart from that, the studio was very comfortable, with a good-sized, very clean room, a comfortable bed, and a really good shower. Having parking right out front was perfect.

The host was great, and the place is easy to access. It's modern, very clean, and child friendly too.

It was okay.

There's new furniture, a tasteful design, attention to detail, and exemplary cleanliness. The place was very spacious, and the conditions felt like four-star, though there were no bathrobes or hairdryer. I would've liked a toaster too. I rated it 9.5 because there was no hairdryer or shampoo. We kept the curtains closed since the floor-to-ceiling window looks straight onto the street and sidewalk. The soundproofing could be better, but we slept peacefully at night. The street isn't very busy, even though it's 150m from the center.

A really good spot, clean and equipped with everything you need. It'd be perfect if the street number were easier to see.
