Karla Residence / Greta Residence

We’ll definitely return. Our host was warm and attentive, and even welcomed our Shih Tzu, Yuki, which meant a lot to us. The two-room apartment was spotless and tidy, with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and the little things to go with it. Parking right by the stairs was handy. I’d recommend it wholeheartedly.

The room itself is actually nice, which makes the poor cleanliness such a shame. The kitchen was sticky and dirty, especially the refrigerator, and we spent a full hour cleaning before we could use anything. The bin was still full, and there were traces of the previous guests in the bathroom and on the linens. We’re not fussy, but clean sheets and basic cleanliness are the least you should be able to expect. What a pity.

We felt comfortable there, and everything was clean. The owner was very friendly. The place is right in the center, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. If we come back to Resita, we’ll stay there again. Thanks for everything.

It’s close to shopping centers and the city center, and the apartment has all the basics you might need for a few days. I found it very clean, despite seeing negative comments about cleanliness. Maybe those were unusual circumstances. The host was welcoming and willing to sort out any problem. Small pets are allowed, as long as you make sure they don’t cause damage. My little dog and I were welcomed warmly. I recommend it.
