Pensiunea 'Nu MĂ Uita'

The hosts are kind and welcoming, and everything at the guesthouse was clean and tidy. It’s a wonderful place to unwind in the fresh mountain air, especially if you’re looking to recharge rather than expecting luxury. Sibiu is nearby, which makes the location even more appealing.

My girlfriend and I stayed here while visiting the Sibiu Christmas Fair, since prices in Sibiu were very high. The upstairs rooms are so beautiful, chic, and intimate that they really stay in your memory. The husband-and-wife staff are top-notch people, like everyone in the Sibiu area. We’ll be back!

We arrived Saturday at 9:30 PM and left Sunday at 8:00 AM, so I can’t really say anything bad. Our room had a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The bathroom was in the hallway and was probably shared with the room next door, though nobody was staying there. One problem was that, as far as I understood, the bridge had collapsed, so getting there involved a detour. Maybe we just didn’t know where to go: we followed the GPS, which told us to cross a bridge that wasn’t there. They’re going to rebuild it. The host was a simple, welcoming man. I recommend it.

We and our pets highly recommend this boarding kennel. The local food was a fresh delight, and Alexandra and Pompeliu were always available to help. They both speak excellent French. It’s a peaceful place to stay with pets, and you’ll feel right at home. Saliste is only a few kilometers from the main Deva-Sibiu road, which connects to a motorway that’s open for many kilometers. You won’t find better in the area.
