It was over 30°C in the hot summer weather, so the air conditioning mattered a lot. The room was fairly modern, clean, and well equipped, with a fridge stocked with cold drinks. The shower was modern too, although its tap was partly broken. The receptionist was Romanian and spoke a little Hungarian and English. Breakfast was quite good for what was available locally. We went on a bicycle trip, and the courtyard outside our room felt like a safe place to leave the bikes.

We had a good stay, but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant food. They served us yogurt instead of sour cream, and the waiter was rather rude.

The staff are friendly and lovely. One of the town's best hotels.

The food was excellent, though the service needs a lot of improvement.
