The rooms were spacious and warm, with a nice view, comfy bed, clean sheets, and nice pillows, blanket and curtains. Shower gel and shampoo were included, along with tea and coffee for the morning. Everything was clean, the owner was nice, and the location is right in the city centre.

We could park right in front of our apartment, and getting in was easy. The room was clean and nicely set up, with complimentary coffee and tea. It's a cosy, comfortable place, just a two-minute walk from everything in Sibiu's old city. We strongly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you, Charma Residence.

We were very disappointed to leave lovely Sibiu this way. We booked a weekend apartment here, and after taking the money from our account, the owner called just an hour before we arrived to say there was a problem and sent us somewhere outside the old centre. It was in an ugly communist-era building in a dark area, and I felt the apartment wasn't worth even half of what we paid, mainly because of the neighbourhood. I don't recommend Charma. An owner you can't trust.

The place is really well located, with beautiful rooms and very nice people. I look forward to staying there again!
