Breakfast and service from both the kitchen and reception were five-star, but the place is quite far from the city center. There was a persistent bad smell in the room, and the heating and hot water seemed to run on set hours. Parties went on until midnight every evening!!!

The people were nice and the service was good, and the location is otherwise great. It's near the train, though there are only five a day, and they're loud. The restaurant downstairs sometimes has a really loud party too.

We could hear the party on the first floor all day, unfortunately. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was okay, though there were no gluten-free products. The front desk guy wasn't very friendly, and this didn't really feel like a four-star hotel.

After getting home, I realized I'd left my face powder in the room. The staff packed it up and handed it to the courier I'd sent for it, and communicating with them was pleasant and professional. We loved the three-bedroom family suite and will choose Hotel Stefani again when we're back in Sibiu. It was surprisingly spacious and modern, with a lovely patio and table and chairs, a very large living room with cool futons and sofas, a big kitchen, and three lovely bedrooms. My husband joked about moving in. Breakfast was tasty and offered enough choices. I highly recommend Hotel Stefani!

The only drawback was the small parking lot. Inside, the design was lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was nice too, and they even had hot chocolate, which not every hotel offers.
