The service really made this place stand out. My wife and I were the only guests one morning, but they still prepared breakfast for us. That level of care made us feel valued, and showed real pride in hospitality. The hotel also feels elegant, classy, and welcoming as soon as you walk in. It was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the whole place felt safe and well cared for. Those details matter and are often missed elsewhere. This is now the hotel we’ll always return to in Sibiu. It’s easily among the best we’ve stayed at for cleanliness, service, and overall class. A true five-star experience, without exaggeration. Anything less than a top rating says more about the reviewer’s mood than the hotel itself.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and a wonderful room. The staff were friendly and supportive, the minibar was free, and the breakfast was amazing, 1000%!

Everything was fine here, and it was nice and quiet. I recommend it.

It’s an excellent hotel, more like a family-run villa. Anyone passing through Sibiu should consider staying here. The one downside is how far it is from the center and Old town.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and really lifted the whole stay. The services were exceptional throughout. It’s a great place for a short break or a longer stay, with modern design in both the rooms and the common areas.
