We slept so well here, and we're already looking forward to coming back in August. The rooms are lovely, clean, practical, and nicely presented. Whenever we needed help, the staff were attentive. Thanks for a wonderful night. I'd happily recommend this place.

Just a few steps from the center, so the location worked perfectly for us. The room was simple but comfortable, and both the receptionist and housemaid were really nice.

The staff were great, and it was handy having private parking. We also liked the comfortable bed and the breakfast was pretty good. The location is perfect. The downsides were the limited water capacity and a floor that creaked. Still, I'd recommend the hotel.

My vacation was ruined by this. Even though my booking was confirmed, they messaged me the day before I was due to leave, saying they couldn't provide the room because other guests had extended their stay. I asked them to take care of cancelling it, but they just told me I should do it myself. A very unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend them.

We arrived in Sibiu from Bucharest on the day of our booking, only to be told by the host that they could no longer give us the room we'd reserved. They said a group of other guests wanted more rooms and offered us somewhere outside the city instead. I turned that down and found another place to stay. I can't recommend this place.
