The room had quite old-fashioned decor, and there weren't many breakfast choices, though there was enough. The staff were very helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The location was very good, close to the main attractions.

The hotel is attractive and in a great spot near the city center and several good restaurants. Some rooms face the street, so they can be noisy. I also missed having a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, which is usually standard these days. Still, I'd recommend it.

We ended up needing only one of the two nights we'd booked because the road to the village was closed. When we called, the woman at reception patiently explained another route to the hotel, and they let us cancel the extra night without charge. Our room was roomy, cozy, and quiet, right in the center. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety. Definitely recommend!

Green bus no. 3 stops just 10 meter from the hotel. It runs from the train station around the city, then back to the station.

This wasn't my first stay at Daniel Guest House, and I was very satisfied with this short vacation too. It's about a five-minute walk from the center, and having a parking lot right in town was really important. The rooms were clean, the staff kind and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The price was reasonable.
