The host made check-in simple and took time to explain the kitchen, coffee maker, entry doors, and nearby sights. Coffee is complimentary, and there's a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use. Kids are welcome, with board games available. Venesis House is a short two-minute walk from the Citadel and about five minutes from shops and restaurants. We found it a great value for the price.

Everything was very clean, and the location was great. For the price, the services were good too: a well-equipped kitchen with several teas and coffees, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and a TV in the room.

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed it. The hosts were thoughtful and kind, even arranging pickup and drop-off at the train station. Our modern room had great windows, a nice bathroom, and a refrigerator. We appreciated having extra blankets and bedding, plus the choice of two separate beds or one large bed. There was another fridge downstairs, and free coffee and tea along with a fully equipped kitchen. We couldn't cook during our one-day trip, but could make hot chocolate or tea whenever we wanted. The place is close to the town's main attractions, yet sits in a residential area away from tourist noise, near a large park and the citadel. It was one of our favorite stays in Romania so far, and we're grateful we got to stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone passing through or spending a while in town.

The owner was friendly and went out of his way to help. When we left, he even gave us a ride to the train station. The room was just right, and the whole stay was wonderful.

Good value and a nice place. Mr. Florin was there to welcome us when we arrived, handled check-in properly, and told us to call if we needed anything.
