Vlad Studio

The view and the area were great, and the apartment had the basics, though it felt a little dated. The problems were with the management and cleaners. In the middle of a pandemic, we found dirty, apparently unchanged sheets with hairs on them, a filthy ashtray, a neglected balcony, dirty bins with no liners, and dust all over the bathroom furniture. We waited over 45 minutes for management to sort things out, but the replacement linen they brought was incomplete, so we decided to leave. They let us cancel without a fee through the booking site. Only afterward did I wonder if that was to protect their rating there. It was already night, just minutes before the street traffic ban, and nobody even apologized for what we’d found. Romania, the land of all possibilities!
