A very nice place to stay. It was quiet and clean, with everything we needed.

Clean, clean, clean, and such a pretty, cozy yard.

We rented a room for two women, one aged 60 and the other 78. The listing said 30 square meters, but the room was only about 7-8 square meters. The owner herself said it wasn’t quite the room we’d booked online. My sister and I had come from Cluj to Sovata to take the ladies. We went in to leave their bags, then sat on the terrace for 10-15 minutes to smoke. The owner told us to leave because strangers weren’t allowed in the yard. The way clients are treated leaves a lot to be desired. The room was also released a day later, because of the owner. We wanted a quiet stay and didn’t want to disturb anyone, even by speaking normally. I’ve never experienced this anywhere in Europe. The accommodation isn’t in a good location, it’s far from the lakes, on a steep slope that’s difficult for older people to go up and down. At 10 pm the lady knocked on our door to ask us to speak more quietly because other guests had trouble sleeping and even talking bothered them. That’s not normal. I do not recommend this place at all. Note 1. PS: There were no cigarette butts in the parking lot, as you said. We’re not people who grew up in the forest or the Middle Ages, and I don’t think a 78-year-old woman would have made noise that disturbed the neighbors. Shame on you. I hope you don’t have more clients, because you don’t know how to behave and your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. It would be better to rethink your attitude and be kinder. You have nothing to gain by acting like this. Have a good day!

A lovely location with a welcoming host and an outdoor seating area. It was clean too. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
