Hotel Relax Sovata

The meals at Relax Hotel were a real treat, with plenty of tasty choices, careful preparation, and attentive staff who knew the menu and gave good recommendations. The new pool and nearby relax zone were another high point: clean, nicely designed, and peaceful, with loungers and soothing music. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and very well kept, with a comfortable bed, complimentary toiletries, and a plush bathrobe. The surroundings and manicured gardens added to the calm, while nearby attractions and transport were easy to reach. From arrival to departure, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and were on hand for questions or requests. Check-in was quick and smooth, so I could settle in right away. It was a relaxing, memorable stay, and I look forward to going back.

The restaurant and terrace food was AMAZING, with great prices too. It was the best food I've had while out, and the price, quality, and quantity were all impressive. The room was big, looked good, and had great amenities, more than enough for a short stay. Hotel and terrace staff were consistently polite and helpful, with probably the best customer service I've seen anywhere. Keep up the great work, we'll definitely come back!

A great time in Sovata. The spa is undersized for the number of rooms, with only 7 sunbeds, and its 2 jacuzzis fit 8-10 people at most. Still, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was tasty. As a bonus, we could use the spa on the morning we left.

The spa is a nice extra, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s a cosy hotel, with cute, clean rooms that each have a balcony. There’s a good restaurant, too. Ursu Lake is about a 10-minute walk away, and the quality is very good for what you pay.
