6/10
The place was very clean, which I appreciated most. There’s a large yard for activities with your group, plus a kitchen and a smoking area, and most tourist attractions are nearby. The rooms are a bit small, but they have a TV, fridge, bathroom, and clean towels.

8/10
It's affordable, clean, friendly, and close to the lake and restaurants, a good pick for an adventurous traveler on a budget. The manager was warm and helpful, and seemed to handle everything from housekeeping to reception. Sheets and towels were clean. Some furniture is old, and a few shared areas are cluttered. Still, the rooms and kitchen were clean, the balconies were pleasant, and the thick walls and good screens kept things comfortable on a hot day. It’s an easy, short 10 minute walk to Lake Ursu and the resort center’s shops and restaurants. Getting back after dancing under the stars was easy too. :)
