Breakfast was delicious, with homemade hot and cold dishes, juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruit and vegetables, and cakes. The staff were great, kind and helpful, and parking was free. The villa is very central and well cared for inside and out, with nice furniture, pastel colors, quiet halls and calm music. Our room and bathroom were spotless, with new furniture and carpets, and there was a fireplace in the lobby. The room had coffee and tea facilities and a furnished balcony. There was also a playroom and outdoor space for kids, a terrace and grill, sports equipment indoors, a sauna, massage chairs and bikes. Everything was great.

We came for the European Duathlon Champs, and the staff went out of their way to help with our kit and anything else we needed. Room 5 was spotless and tidied every day, and breakfast was generous. The hosts couldn't have done more for us. The price was unbelievably good, and I still can't get over how beautiful Romania is, how friendly people are, and what a wonderful stay Villa Silvia was.

We had a very pleasant stay in a lovely, cozy, clean place. There was one issue: because of a mistake on their end, our room had been double booked and we were asked to leave a day early. Even so, I'd recommend it and plan to come back.

The woods gave me such a zen feeling, and Sovata and villa Silvia are wonderful places to relax. The villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast tasted good every morning.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay. It's just minutes from the Bear Lake, and this was my best stay in Sovata.
