Pensiunea Casa Luanna

The area is spectacular, though our four-night Easter stay left us disappointed with how things were managed. We won't return. Our rooms were quiet and clean, with immaculate sheets and towels, a good mattress, and large balconies with a nice view. The breakfast was fair and the food was good, though nothing unusual. There’s a table tennis setup, pavilion, benches and terrace, plus a playground for little kids and a trampoline for older ones. But the pavilion and table tennis table hadn’t been wiped in weeks. The large grassy garden looked like somewhere to play or sit on a blanket, but the soil was slushy and got mud all over our sneakers. We also felt we had no privacy because the administrator was around all the time and didn’t smile. Two of the six people in our group are lactose intolerant. He did provide something special whenever we asked, but seemed irritated and made it feel like an effort. The price at reception was lower than what we’d been quoted when booking. We paid 8 euros for two scoops of rice and 9 euros for a large trout with polenta.
