The staff were friendly, the food was great, and there’s a huge parking lot. The place is nice to book, though it can get a little noisy since it’s beside a big road.

The food was great, and the rooms were lovely, tidy, and had very good facilities. I only gave it four stars because my room faced the parking lot, where someone was clearing snow with a tractor from 7 until about 10 in the morning. I’d worked late and had around two days off, so I’d planned to start at noon. Two colleagues were meant to start at 5 in the afternoon. The next day, though, we were all startled awake at 8 by shouting in the hall. With the door shut, the boss was yelling at the receptionist, but the volume and echo carried right through the corridor. The guesthouse itself was nice. The bedside manner, not so much.
