Daniel was such a help to my grandparents, who don't speak Romanian or English. He stayed in touch with me, picked them up at the airport, took them to the hotel, and helped them check in. The hotel itself is clean and cozy, with a shop and a cafe nearby for food. Big thanks to the staff, especially Daniel.

I only ate at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the rooms. The Romanian food is the best authentic food I've had in Suceava, and the portions are massive. No problem if you can't finish, they have takeaway boxes. I'd definitely recommend eating here.

The rooms are really big and clean, and it's a convenient spot near both the airport and railway station. The restaurant is good too, with traditional dishes and other options.

Ramiro has become our regular choice for lunch, dinner, or even a snack. There's a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. The food and drink selection is impressive, with lots of quality options. Highly recommended.

For a filling meal, it's a decent place, and the food is generally okay. The hotel is clean and rated three stars, though it can be noisy. Our balcony looked onto another balcony or a side corridor, so it wasn't much use.
