Casa Dragon

I booked through Booking a month and a half ahead and specifically asked for a room with a terrace because we smoke. They replied that all the rooms had one. A week before the stay, an employee called to say our accommodation was being changed because the rooms sold through Booking had been given to people who booked directly at the Dragon house. I refused that change. After speaking with the owner, I was LIED to and told I'd be staying at the Fisherman's House. When I arrived there, they took me somewhere else, the Pitic house. The room had no TV, and I couldn't use the wardrobe because it was being used to store a drum, a mattress, duvets, and linens. The two or three empty shelves were dusty. There wasn't even anywhere to hang one towel. As for the terrace, I had to go out into the yard to smoke. The amount I paid for the Dragon house was far too much for the conditions I found at the Pitic house.
