It's okay.

I can't speak for the other rooms, but the one I stayed in had no table or chair. The bed was basically standing in for both. No one cleaned the room during our three days, and the linens and towels weren't changed either. The host, though, makes a point of saying the lights go off at 10 pm. When I asked if some friends could visit us, she seemed to turn up her nose. She only seems to care about her own interests.

The yard is roomy, with a large gazebo, a barbecue, clotheslines, and bins. There's a kitchen with the basics for cooking, and you can keep anything you like in the fridge. The hosts are welcoming and answer questions. They give you keys for your room, the guesthouse, and the gate. The price is reasonable, and I'd recommend it. The guesthouse looks pleasant and well kept. It's on sixth street, which is unpaved but has street lighting. The rooms are fairly spacious, clean, and inviting, with their own bathrooms, air conditioning, and a TV. The TV isn't very big, but you don't come to Sulina to watch TV. The only downside is the shower, which has no cabin, so water can spread across much of the bathroom floor. Take care and you can avoid that.

The host is welcoming, and the place is clean. A lovely perfume smell greets you when you enter the building. The garden has what you need for simple meals, and the host can also share useful information about things to do in the area.
